After several months of masterclasses and qualifying rounds across France, the Trophées du Bar 2023 final took place in Paris!

That left 12 finalists competing live in front of a panel of judges made up of Hyacinthe Lescoet (The Cambridge Public House), Julien Escot (Aperture, Montpellier), and Mauro Mahjoub.

After a full day of competitions, it was ultimately Niels Pasquereau, from the 19:33 bar in Nantes, who was crowned, following in the footsteps of Léa Rouel (The Cambridge Public House), last year’s winner.

He finished ahead of Lisa Rotoni (Abricot, Paris) and Julien Lecharpentier (Maybourne Riviera, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin).

As for Johanna Guagenti (Maison Pic, Valence), she was named Most Promising for this 19th edition.
