The Little Red Door has announced the next installment of its Happy Sundays series: the bar on Rue Charlot in Paris will host Florería Atlántico, the legendary Buenos Aires bar that reshaped the South American cocktail scene. A fixture on the World's 50 Best Bars list for more than a decade, the Argentine bar, led by renowned bartender Tato Giovannoni, has become a true icon on the global cocktail scene.

For this guest shift on Sunday, March 22, Andrés Quiñonez will be behind the bar at Little Red Door. Quiñonez will bring the vision and spirit of Florería Atlántico to life with bold, expressive drinks, taking guests straight into the heart of Argentine culture. A two-part, Buenos Aires–inspired day.

Before the evening session, a masterclass titled Human Geography will kick off at 3 p.m., offering a deep dive into the creative world of the Buenos Aires bar. The program will spotlight the bar’s latest creations and dig into a philosophy rooted in local ingredients, structuring techniques, and time-honored production methods. A chance to swap ideas and get inspired, especially for Paris bartenders and bar pros.
