The Cambridge Public House is launching Season Roll, a new quarterly collaboration series pairing food and cocktails. Here’s the idea: four times a year, a guest chef creates a seasonal take on a sausage roll, paired with cocktails created by the team at the renowned Paris bar, ranked No. 20 on the 2025 50 Best Bars list.
For the first installment, Hanz Gueco, chef at Le Cheval d'Or, will host a Sunday afternoon takeover on March 22. He’ll be serving his seasonal sausage roll, alongside two cocktails made just for the event by the Cambridge team.
And it doesn’t end there: from March 22–29, the sausage roll will stay on the menu at the Cambridge, and the bar’s signature cocktails will also be served at Le Cheval d'Or, continuing the back-and-forth between the two spots in Paris’s 3rd arrondissement.
