The Be Spirits show, held from February 12 to 14, was an unforgettable event for spirits enthusiasts, industry professionals, and mixology fans. Over three days, more than 40,000 visitors were swept up in tastings, business meetings, and discoveries. In a 1,500-square-meter area—significantly larger than last year’s—exhibitors showcased their latest releases.

The atmosphere was electric, full of excitement and creativity. Nearly 200 exhibitors from around the globe shared their passion and expertise. What’s more, along with the many French participants, there was a significant international presence with a 92% increase in international exhibitors, including a major focus on Italian spirits with an impressive bar dedicated to Italian cocktails.

The Infinite Bar: 20 Cocktail Bars Spanning 40 Meters!

The major highlight of this show and a must-see landmark, the Infinite Bar—the largest cocktail bar in France at 40 meters in length—made its much-anticipated return. Twenty renowned cocktail bars, including Danico, Divine, CopperBay, Bisou, and Harry's Bar, joined forces to offer visitors top-tier creations. Bartenders showcased their creativity to thrill visitors’ taste buds, such as Ysis Maricourt (Bisou) with her alcohol-free creations featuring JNPR, Oliver Eardley (Ivy) with his shochu-based cocktails, or the incredible Bloody Mary with shiitake by Kaled Derouiche (Andy Wahloo).

Pavillon Craft

The Pavillon Craft highlighted talented young producers. Amid a lively atmosphere, visitors discovered unique products and new flavors, such as tequila made in Quebec or Cognac from the Hellfest festival. It was an opportunity to meet the artisans behind these bold creations.

The Speakeasy

The Speakeasy room hosted conferences, roundtables, and masterclasses led by international experts. Bartenders from around the world got the chance to sharpen their skills in short, hands-on workshops. Topics ranged from the influence of AI in the bar and spirits world to the growing role of no- and low-alcohol options, capped off by a playful ‘Battle of Mixologists.’
