Bar Joséphine at the Mandarin Oriental Lutetia has announced that it will host César Montilla, bar director of Dr. Stravinsky and Stravinsky's Parfumerie in Barcelona, for an American-whiskey-focused guest shift on Monday, March 23.

Bartender Stefan Codrea, from the Dr. Stravinsky team (ranked No. 83 on the 2025 World's 50 Best Bars list), will join him for this one-of-a-kind evening. The event is part of Bar Joséphine's series spotlighting leading international figures in the cocktail world, after recently hosting Dinora Campomanes of Licorería Limantour from Mexico City.

Angelo Forte, who has been head bartender at Bar Joséphine and Bar Aristide since 2023, will join them for a six-handed collaboration, where they’ll serve four exclusive bourbon- and rye-based cocktails called Pause Café, Date Me, Femme du Monde, and À la recherche du temps perdu.
