Wine Paris 2026: what Be Spirits and Be No have planned for bartenders
Infinite Bar, Mixologists Battle, 250+ no/low options, and 100+ new spirits exhibitors: Jigger Daily spotlights four Wine Paris 2026 must-sees that could refresh your next cocktail menu.
From February 9 to 11, Wine Paris is shaping up to be a bartender’s playground. Now that Be Spirits is a standalone event, and Be No is a brand-new zone dedicated entirely to alcohol-free drinks, the show offers a rare chance to load up on inspiration all in one place.
Here are four can’t-miss stops to sharpen your skills in 2026.
1. The Infinite Bar: 67 cocktails, with and without alcohol
One of the event’s can’t-miss attractions, the Infinite Bar will be back with a 40-meter-long bar, 20 partner brands, and top Paris bartenders behind the stick. Expect 67 cocktails to sample, including a selection of alcohol-free drinks.
It’s a great way to see in a real bar setting how spirits and no/low options can live side by side, and to leave with practical ideas you can use behind your own bar.
2. The Mixologists Battle, food-pairing edition
On Tuesday, February 10 at 6:00 p.m., the Mixologists Battle returns with this year’s theme, Pairing Perfection, spotlighting the growing connection between cocktails and the culinary world.
Definitely one to circle on your calendar: you’ll see how the pros are working this trend into their drinks, with or without alcohol, and you might even steal a few ideas for food-and-cocktail pairings at your bar.

3. Be No: 250+ products to expand your menu
Over at Be No, products from 13 countries—more than 250 in total—will be available to sample. You’ll find the full range of adult-focused alcohol-free alternatives (wine-style, beer-style, RTDs, and spirit alternatives) plus adjacent products inspired by them, like sparkling teas and fermented drinks. In other words, plenty to spark new zero-proof cocktails, and keep up with customer demand that’s only getting bigger.
Be No Talks will round out the program with practical sessions on the business and technical challenges behind these new categories.
4. Be Spirits: 100+ new exhibitors to help you find your next hidden gem
Be Spirits is stepping it up, too: it’s adding more than 100 exhibitors compared with 2025, spread across 19 halls. Newly represented countries include the Philippines, Monaco, Madagascar, Panama, and Ukraine.
It’s a great chance to discover bottles that are new to you and set your list apart, and to meet the producers behind brands you may already be pouring year-round.
The meet-up for the people who make bars happen
Beyond discovering new products, Wine Paris is really about reconnecting with your peers, swapping notes on where the industry’s headed, and building relationships across the supply chain, from producers to importers and distributors. In just three days, you can head home with fresh ideas, new products to put on your list and, who knows, new collaborations to share with your guests.
See you there.
