Wacky Wombat: Nico de Soto's new bar opens November 1
Nico de Soto, famed for his Mace bar in New York and Danico in Paris, is gearing up to launch a new London hotspot: the Wacky Wombat.
The bar will be located in the basement of the new Daroco restaurant owned by his partners Julien Ross and Alexandre Giesbert, and will be managed by Kevin Price Houghton.
A soft opening will begin in the coming days before an official public opening scheduled for November 1.
Its first seasonal menu is expected to highlight native Australian ingredients.
