Scarfes Bar to host exclusive International Women’s Month event ‘Accelerate Action’ in partnership with Celebrate Her
Assistant Bar Manager Nóra Földvari will collaborate with global women in hospitality community Celebrate Her to programme a day of inspiring talks and education.
In celebration of International Women’s Month, Nóra Földvári, Assistant Bar Manager at Scarfes Bar, Rosewood London, will collaborate with global community Celebrate Her to host exclusive ‘Accelerate Action’ event in the bar on Monday 10th March with Diageo’s World Class and London Essence. From 2pm to 5pm, there will be a series of thought-provoking talks and conversations, as well as a networking drinks reception and exclusive takeover from the award-wining female team of Barcelona’s Paradiso from 5pm onwards.
The afternoon event will bring together leading women of the hospitality industry for a series of inspiring and dynamic discussions aimed at driving meaningful change within the community. Nóra Földvári in partnership with Anna Sebastian, founder of Celebrate Her, have curated a lineup of compelling conversations with some of the most influential women within their fields.
Guests can expect a captivating afternoon of education and insight, with sessions covering a wide range of topics. Discussions will include: Sarah Walker, Project Manager at the Women’s Night Safety Charter, who will be offering a look at what London venues are doing to support women in the industry; Natasha Zone, Founder and CEO of One Zone, sharing her journey of building a global business and navigating the startup world as well as talks on personal branding and the art of hosting impactful speeches; Mandy Naglich, award-winning drinks writer, spirits judge, and author of the book “How to Taste: A Guide to Discovering Flavor and Savoring Life”; Lorraine Copes, founder of Be Inclusive Hospitality, talking about building a community and the importance of equity, diversity and inclusion in the hospitality industry; and the renowned Monica Berg from Tayēr + Elementary.
In addition to the schedule, Celebrate Her will be offering guests the opportunity to update their professional headshots and a selection of cocktails and canapés served throughout the event. From 5pm, guests are invited to a takeover hosted by Emilie Mette Lillelund and Anna Oberhammer of Paradiso.
