The Savoy's American Bar unveils its new menu
Titled *The Savoy: American Bar Journal*, this menu was crafted by head bartender Chelsie Bailey.
The American Bar at The Savoy hotel in London has launched its new cocktail menu.
Titled The Savoy: American Bar Journal, this menu was created by head bartender Chelsie Bailey. It features contemporary interpretations of classic cocktails, using techniques tailored to modern palates.
This new collection, with Chelsie and Andrea at the helm, pays tribute to their unique process as bartenders, an approach that has been the bar's signature since its inception in 1893.
Among other recipe examples: the New York Cherub, inspired by the classic cocktail Angel Wings, blends Rabbit Hole whiskey, Bowmore 15-year Scotch, raspberry, vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and a violet bitters.
It is also worth noting that the American Bar collaborates with EcoSpirits to reduce carbon emissions associated with crafting its cocktails by over 90%.
