The American Bar at The Savoy unveils its new menu
This menu, titled The Savoy: American Bar Journal, was created by head bartender Chelsie Bailey.
The American Bar at The Savoy hotel in London has launched its new cocktail menu.
Titled The Savoy: American Bar Journal, this menu was created by head bartender Chelsie Bailey. It presents contemporary interpretations of classic cocktails, using techniques adapted to modern palates.
This new collection, with Chelsie and Andrea at the helm, honors their unique bartending process, an approach that has been the bar’s signature since it opened in 1893.

Among the new creations is the New York Cherub, inspired by the classic Angel Wings cocktail, which combines Rabbit Hole whiskey, Bowmore 15-year-old Scotch, raspberry, vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and violet bitters.
The American Bar is also collaborating with EcoSpirits to reduce more than 90% of the carbon emissions associated with making its cocktails.
