Singapore, 21 May 2025 - Since opening its doors in June 2023, Cat Bite Club’s mission has been to inspire discovery and help educate guests on these two unique categories, showcasing their use in cocktails through familiar - and some less familiar - classics.

New offerings include the Old Cuban, a traditionally rum-based cocktail with mint, citrus and Prosecco (S$27++); the refreshing drink is reimagined two ways, with the Corsair featuring Cointreau Citrus Series, The Lost Explorer Espadin Mezcal, Blanc Vermouth, Malic Acid, Fernet Branca and Peychaud's bitters, carbonated (S$26++) and the Grape Escape with Hachi Kome Shochu, gin, grape shrub, St. Germain Elderflower, Gentian, Amaro, citrus blend and sparkling sake (S$27++).

One of the more esoteric classics on the menu, the Rattlesnake is “so called because it will either cure Rattlesnake bite, or kill Rattlesnakes, or make you see them,” according to Harry Craddock’s 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book. Cat Bite’s version of the classic features Monkey Shoulder Scotch, maple, cinnamon, Peychaud’s bitters, citrus blend, Aer and Worcestershire (S$27++). The agave twist, Shiso Foine, includes Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Sotol Vibora, Sloe Gin, Maraschino, shiso, raspberry, citrus blend, grapefruit bitters and Aer (S$27++); 24 Karrot integrates rice spirits with Tokki Gold Soju, Moutai Yingbin, Kirsch, pecan, carrot, bitter orange, citrus blend and apple cider vinegar (S$27++).

The traditional Alaska is amped up for the menu with melon-infused Fords Gin, Cocchi Americano, Strega, Fino Sherry, dry vermouth and orange bitters (S$26++). The adventurous agave variation, Liver Let Die, is a savoury mix of Madrecuishe Mezcal, chicken pâté-washed Espadin Mezcal, tarragon, vermouth blend, Sherry blend and orange bitters (S$26++); the rice version goes in a sweeter direction with the Corn Hub featuring Tumugi Shochu, Corn Flakes-infused vermouth, Amaro, honey, chocolate and aromatic bitters (S$26++).

An expanded House Faves section includes the much loved Meow Now Brown Cow with Herradura Añejo Tequila, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, banana cordial, vanilla cream, Sherry, aromatic bitters and salt and other Cat Bite specialties such as the rotating Milk Punch for a Cause (S$25++)with a portion of sales donated to local cat charities.

The new menu follows the bar’s recent merch drop, a collection of limited edition swag including ceramic coasters ($8), lapel pins ($5), beanies ($25) and t-shirts by Ageless Galaxy ($35). Rep your favourite watering hole and take a piece of those fun nights out home with you - whether it's a shirt that sparks memories of epic nights out or a coaster that adds an elevated touch for your home bar. Merch is only available for purchase at the bar.
