Isadora has unveiled Soirée Arrosée, its new cocktail menu, designed as an after-dark journey through 1970s Paris. The cocktail bar in the 1st arrondissement, which has already created several themed signature menus (including the much-loved Forever 27 featured here), continues its narrative approach by bringing mixology into conversation with Parisian cultural history.

The menu plays out like a walk through central Paris as it looked fifty years ago. Each cocktail channels both a place and a personality, turning the experience into an after-dark itinerary. Coluche, Gainsbourg, Brassens, Barbara, Jean Yanne, Zouzou, Jeanne Moreau, and Jean-Luc Godard tie the experience together, each paired with a specific Paris address.

"One drink, one place. One hour, one meeting.", the team says, summing up the idea behind this cocktail-fueled stroll.

This new menu was created by a team led by Charly Clain and Maxime Caillet, with Axel Araba, who came over from Luxembourg a year ago, and Hugo Paris, who spent time at the iconic Harry's. Together, they developed a mixological style that embraces unexpected pairings: amaretto layered with salted butter, peach, and kiwi; a clash between watermelon and Fernet-Branca; and a modern use of ube. The menu also puts new spins on a few classics, such as a Bloody Mary reimagined with Cognac and green tomato (L'Eternel Estivant).

From a technical standpoint, the bar team, recently ranked No. 51 in the 2026 French Bar Awards, used a wide range of techniques in service of the concept, including clarification, lacto-fermentation, and carbonation, as well as a mushroom-infused Chardonnay distillate developed with Paris-based distillery Baccae.

The team's stated ambition is to make cocktails "a cultural medium, capable of telling stories, evoking emotions, and resonating with people."
