Guillaume Hervot wins the Trophées du Bar 2024!
On Sunday, October 27, 2024, the 20th Trophées du Bar competition was held. After a day of varied challenges, Guillaume Hervot claimed first prize!
Twelve contestants began this final day of competition, each aiming to impress the prestigious jury of this 2024 edition, composed of Carina Soto Velásquez, Simon Chollet, Julien Escot, Hyacinthe Lescoët, and Mauro Mahjoub.
To set them apart, five major challenges were prepared, including a blind tasting and a ‘retro-assembly’ (finding the proportions of a recipe), along with the traditional cocktail creations.

After an afternoon of competition, Guillaume Hervot (Madame Pang, Bordeaux) was awarded the top prize of this 20th edition of the Trophées du Bar, followed by Elsa Giraudo (Bootleg Bar, Nice) and Simon Kautz (Aedaen Speakeasy, Strasbourg), while Alice Revol (Alices, Lille) was named “Meilleur Espoir” (Most Promising Talent).
