There were 12 participants at the start of this final competition day, aiming to impress the prestigious jury of this 2024 edition, composed of Carina Soto Velásquez, Simon Chollet, Julien Escot, Hyacinthe Lescoët, and Mauro Mahjoub.

To achieve this and differentiate them, 5 comprehensive challenges awaited, including a blind tasting and a retro-assembly (i.e., identifying the proportions of a recipe), in addition to the traditional cocktail creations.

At the end of this afternoon of competition, it was ultimately Guillaume Hervot (Madame Pang, Bordeaux) who was awarded the 1st Prize of this 20th edition of the Bar Trophies, ahead of Elsa Giraudo (Bootleg Bar, Nice) and Simon Kautz (Aedaen Speakeasy, Strasbourg), while Alice Revol (Alices, Lille) won the Best Hope award.
