Coquerel Calvados announces finalists in its first Coq-tail Competition
After a month-long qualifying round, Coquerel Calvados has announced the six finalists in its inaugural cocktail competition!
Without further ado, here is the list of the 6 finalists who will meet in Paris on November 20 for the final challenge:
- Gregoire SOUSHKO - L'Ours Bar
- Paul MESLARD - Chez Vous
- Jules BERNARD - Les Planqués
- Oliver EARDLEY - IVY
- Aurélien THOMAS - Gentlemen 1919
- Maxime MANNEVY - Bar Kléber (Peninsula Paris)
The theme of the final is to create a cocktail paired with a chocolate from an exclusive collaboration among Edwart Chocolatier Paris, L'Instant Cacao, and Coquerel, whose cocoa beans were aged in Coquerel Calvados casks (a chocolate “from barrel to bar,” so to speak!)
The winner will be invited to London for the official launch of the Coquerel brand in Great Britain.
