The theme of the final: it will involve creating a cocktail paired with a chocolate resulting from an exclusive collaboration between Edwart Chocolatier Paris, L'Instant Cacao, and Coquerel, during which the cocoa beans were aged in Coquerel calvados barrels (a chocolate "from barrel to bar" in short!)

The grand winner will be invited to London for the official launch of the Coquerel brand in Great Britain.
