Hôtel de Crillon has announced the appointment of a new team to lead its iconic Bar Les Ambassadeurs (ranked 36th in the French Bar Awards 2026). Benjamin Nolf has joined the hotel as Director of Bars, bringing eighteen years of experience in luxury hospitality and the spirits industry. He will work alongside new Head Bartender Henry Genneson.

A graduate of the Lycée Professionnel Hôtelier d'Orchies, Benjamin honed his skills at renowned venues including Jefrey's and, more recently, Le Gaspard at La Réserve. Taking over from Kevin Rigault, he now aims to further strengthen the reputation of Bar Les Ambassadeurs, one of Paris's most distinctive cocktail destinations, by balancing respect for its heritage with thoughtful innovation.

Henry Genneson, meanwhile, joins the team from the Ritz Bar, where he was promoted to Head Bartender at Bar Vendôme in 2025. Known for championing sustainable mixology and a product-focused approach, he was a finalist in the Trophées du Bar in 2022 and 2023 and in the 2023 Nikka Perfect Serve France competition.

Together, they are now developing a new concept set to launch later this year.

"We are delighted to join the Rosewood family and to have the privilege of contributing to a venue as prestigious as Bar Les Ambassadeurs. It is a place where history, creativity, and craftsmanship come together seamlessly, and we look forward to helping write its next chapter."
