After four days of intense competition in São Paulo, Diageo crowned its new Global Bartender of the Year!
In the late hours of Thursday going into Friday, with only 12 participants left from around the world (out of 55 countries in total), the 2023 World Class competition delivered its final verdict!
The winner of the 15th edition of one of the world’s most coveted cocktail competitions is Canadian Jacob Martin (bar manager at Bar Banane in Toronto).
He follows last year’s champion, Adrian Michalcik (Pier 42, Oslo), who won the World Class 2022.
