The days when spirits, and their zero-proof counterparts, played second fiddle are over. From February 9–11, Wine Paris is taking a major leap forward: Be Spirits becomes its own standalone event, while Be No, a brand-new section devoted entirely to non-alcoholic offerings, makes its debut. Two clear signs of how the sector is shifting, and two great reasons to rediscover the show!

Be Spirits: international expansion confirmed

For its 2026 edition, Be Spirits will welcome more than 100 new exhibitors compared with 2025, spread across 19 pavilions. Expect origins as diverse as Scotland, Mexico, Japan, the United States, Ireland, and Australia, along with newcomers like the Philippines, Monaco, Madagascar, Panama, Bulgaria, and Ukraine.

This international momentum mirrors market dynamics, where premium spirits, craft bottlings, saké, craft beer and mixology are enjoying unprecedented growth. Be Spirits will give trade visitors the perfect setting to explore these trends, meet producers and forge new business connections.

On top of that, the must-see Infinite Bar is back with its 40-meter counter, 20 brands, and the area’s top bartenders serving 67 alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. A golden chance to see how bar pros use these products in real-world conditions.

The Be Spirits Stage will keep the energy high with trend talks and live mixology sessions, including the now-traditional Mixologists Battle focused on food pairing, on February 10 at 6 p.m. It’s a hands-on chance to see how spirits fit into today’s new drinking occasions.

Be No: alcohol-free earns its stripes

Alongside it, the other big addition for 2026 is Be No, an area devoted entirely to the non-alcoholic segment. It’s formal recognition of a market reality: the no- and low-alcohol category is projected to grow 10 % a year in value through 2028 (IWSR).

From day one, Be No will bring together exhibitors from 12 countries: France, Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Switzerland. All told, more than 250 SKUs will be available to taste for free, offering a representative snapshot of today’s broad lineup.

“Be No spans alcohol-free wines, spirits, beers, and RTDs, whether dealcoholized or created without fermentation, as well as products that follow the same cues, like sparkling teas or fermented drinks.”Audrey Marqueyssat, Director of Be Spirits and Be No

That distinction is important: Be No isn’t about fruit juice or soda, it’s about premium options for discerning adult drinkers.

Here too, the Be No Talks program features 45-minute sessions where industry pros can share ideas and tackle the commercial, technical, and marketing challenges of these new categories.

Complementary worlds, one unmissable event

With this new format, Wine Paris brings the whole ecosystem together, showcasing interconnected worlds—from wine and spirits to non-alcoholic drinks, beer, cider, and saké.

The show is already expecting 60,000 visitors from 155 markets and 6,000 exhibitors representing 60 countries, offering a comprehensive snapshot of the trade over three days.

The question is no longer “Why go?” but “How could you skip it?”
