Citadelle launches an alcohol-free version of its gin, 0.0!
Craft gin pioneer Citadelle has unveiled Citadelle 0.0, its first alcohol-free spirit. Hydrodistilled from 19 botanicals to match the brand’s signature style, it launches in France and Italy in January 2026.
Nearly thirty years after shaking up the market with its craft gin, Maison Ferrand is introducing Citadelle 0.0, an alcohol-free release meant to deliver Citadelle’s signature taste for anyone who chooses not to drink alcohol.
At Citadelle, we’ve always believed there are no limits to flavor. With Citadelle 0.0, we wanted to showcase our craft for everyone who loves the distinctive taste of Citadelle Gin but chooses not to drink alcohol. In terms of production, Citadelle 0.0 is made using a perfume-inspired hydrodistillation method that captures the aromas of its 19 botanicals without alcohol. It’s then finished with a carefully crafted blend of natural extracts.
It’s described as fresh, spicy, and citrus-forward, bringing the character of the Original together with notes from Jardin d’Été, which makes it especially well suited for cocktails.
The 700 ml bottle will be available in France and Italy starting in January 2026, priced at €19.90.
