Christian Drouin Highball Contest 2023: On the road to the final
The Drouin HighBall Contest is back in France this year. Its final will be held at the Copperbay on September 26.
For its highball cocktail competition, Christian Drouin asked bartenders to create minimalist Highball recipes featuring its Calvados or its Blanche.
71 bartenders from across France competed in the preliminary round, and ultimately 12 were chosen for the upcoming final on September 26 at Copperbay (Paris):

To judge the final, the panel of judges will include:
