That left 12 finalists competing live in front of a panel of judges made up of **Hyacinthe Lescoet** (**The Cambridge Public House**), **Julien Escot** (**Aperture**, Montpellier), and **Mauro Mahjoub**.

After a full day of competitions, it was ultimately **Niels Pasquereau**, from the **19:33** bar in Nantes, who was crowned, following in the footsteps of **Léa Rouel** (**The Cambridge Public House**), last year’s winner.

He finished ahead of **Lisa Rotoni** (**Abricot**, Paris) and **Julien Lecharpentier** (**Maybourne Riviera**, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin).
