# Licorería Limantour pops up at Bar Joséphine

**Mandarin Oriental Lutetia** announced a special guest shift at **Bar Joséphine** on February 26\. **Dinora Campomanes**, head bartender at Mexico City's **Licorería Limantour**, which has been named to the **World's 50 Best Bars** list multiple times (including [No. 9 on the **North America's 50 Best Bars 2025** list](https://jiggerdaily.com/handshake-speakeasy-mexico-city-best-bar/)), will be behind the bar with head bartender **Angelo Forte** for an evening celebrating **Casa Dragones** tequila.

For the night, **Dinora Campomanes** will serve four signature cocktails: a *Margarita al Pastor* with blanco tequila, **Cointreau**, taco seasoning, and lime; a *Tegroni* with tequila, **Limantour** vermouth, maraschino, and fino sherry; a *Mexican Old Fashioned* built around *Casa Dragones Reposado Mizunara*, with corn, nutmeg, cacao, and bitters; and a *Blanco* with tequila, **Dolin** *Blanc*, sake, and grapefruit bitters.
