The French national final round of the **Diplomático** *Artisans of Taste* 2026 competition named its winners in Paris on Monday, February 2.

**Álvaro Estrella** and **Nam Goma**, bartenders at the Paris bar **Dirty Dick**, took top honors with their cocktail *El Libertador*. The drink features **Diplomático** *Reserva Exclusiva*, a cocoa, pandan, and coconut soda, toasted coconut foam, house-made bitters, and a pandan leaf garnish. It impressed a panel that included bartender **Arnaud Scotty** of **Harmony** (Paris), Maestro Ronero **Nelson Hernández**, chocolatier **Edwin Yansané**, and **Laurence Marot**, *Academy Chair for France* at the **50 Best Bars**.

The People’s Choice Award went to Bordeaux-based duo **Mathilde Olive** and **Swann Nivet**.
