**The Cambridge Public House** is launching *Season Roll*, a new quarterly collaboration series pairing food and cocktails. Here’s the idea: four times a year, a guest chef creates a seasonal take on a *sausage roll*, paired with cocktails created by the team at the renowned Paris bar, ranked No. 20 on the [**2025 50 Best Bars list**](https://barnews.fr/50-best-bars-2025-bar-leone-bar-nouveau-cambridge-danico/?ref=jiggerdaily.com).

For the first installment, **Hanz Gueco**, chef at **Le Cheval d'Or**, will host a *Sunday afternoon takeover* on March 22\. He’ll be serving his seasonal sausage roll, alongside two cocktails made just for the event by the Cambridge team.

And it doesn’t end there: from March 22–29, the sausage roll will stay on the menu at the **Cambridge**, and the bar’s signature cocktails will also be served at **Le Cheval d'Or**, continuing the back-and-forth between the two spots in Paris’s 3rd arrondissement.
