# Barcelona’s Dr. Stravinsky heads to Bar Joséphine

**Bar Joséphine** at the **Mandarin Oriental Lutetia** has announced that it will host [**César Montilla**, bar director of **Dr. Stravinsky** and **Stravinsky's Parfumerie**](https://jiggerdaily.com/confiteria-stravinskys-parfumerie-mixology/) in Barcelona, for an American-whiskey-focused guest shift on Monday, March 23.

Bartender **Stefan Codrea**, from the **Dr. Stravinsky** team ([ranked No. 83 on the 2025 **World's 50 Best Bars** list](https://jiggerdaily.com/worlds-50-best-bars-51-100-list-2025/)), will join him for this one-of-a-kind evening. The event is part of **Bar Joséphine**'s series spotlighting leading international figures in the cocktail world, after recently hosting [**Dinora Campomanes** of **Licorería Limantour**](https://jiggerdaily.com/licoreria-limantour-bar-josephine-tequila-pop-up/) from Mexico City.

**Angelo Forte**, who has been head bartender at **Bar Joséphine** and [**Bar Aristide**](https://barnews.fr/cocktails-lutetia-bar-aristide-newwave/?ref=jiggerdaily.com) since 2023, will join them for a six-handed collaboration, where they’ll serve four exclusive bourbon- and rye-based cocktails called *Pause Café*, *Date Me*, *Femme du Monde*, and *À la recherche du temps perdu*.
