# Atlas Singapore in Paris!

This was a can’t-miss event: on Saturday, June 15, the **Atlas** bar (ranked 48th in the latest [**50 Best Bars**](https://jiggerdaily.com/sips-best-bar-world-50-best-bars-2023/)) held a one-night guest shift at the [**Bar Les Ambassadeurs**](https://jiggerdaily.com/kevin-rigault-bar-les-ambassadeurs-cocktail-menu/) of the **Hôtel de Crillon**.

For the occasion, **Yana Keller** (aka [@banananaism](https://www.instagram.com/banananaism?ref=jiggerdaily.com)) presented a menu of four cocktails from the **Preservation of Fire** menu of the famous Singaporean bar, including her signature *Martini*.

Here’s a closer look at what we tried:

### The Exposition (26.4% ABV)

*The Exposition* comes as a short drink made with mezcal, bourbon, an Italian bitter (**Amaro Lucano** here), angelica, and pineapple. It’s quite complex, combining the smoky character of mezcal with the softer notes of bourbon, finished with a slightly fizzy touch—definitely surprising!

### The Electric Club (34% ABV)

Although stronger than *The Exposition*, this *Electric Club* actually turned out to be more approachable, thanks to its base—a clarified hazelnut butter rum (!)—combined with amaro, sherry, and chocolate, which ultimately gave it a caramel-like note.

### The Atlas Martini (31.2% ABV)

This classic is given a modern twist, with a little less dryness this time, featuring gin, vermouth (**Mancino** here), orange bitters, and the bar’s signature touch—Champagne vinegar! A great way to discover (or rediscover) this bar essential!

### The Jubilee Royale (18.8% ABV)

To wrap things up on a lighter, fizzier note, *The Jubilee Royale* combined Champagne with an Australian Syrah-based gin (likely **Four Pillars**), plus hints of rose tea, raspberry, and black lemon.

All in all, it was a fantastic experience, made even better by the **Bar Les Ambassadeurs** setting and a touch of live jazz. Highly recommended!
